PPCI provides advisory and facilitation services. We assist with tasks such as documentation, applications, and coordination with third parties (banks, insurers, government portals, etc.), but final approval of loans, policies, registrations, or other outcomes rests with the respective third-party institution, not PPCI.

2. No Guarantee of Outcome

While we work to secure the best possible outcome for our clients, we do not guarantee loan approval, policy issuance, property transactions, or any other third-party decision, as these are subject to the respective institution's own evaluation criteria.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information and documentation for the services you request. PPCI is not responsible for delays or rejections resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

4. Fees

Service fees, where applicable, will be communicated to you before work begins. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client information, particularly for Political Consultancy engagements, as confidential and use it solely for the purpose of delivering the requested service.

6. Limitation of Liability

PPCI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services, beyond the fees paid for the specific service in question.

7. Referral Program

Participation in our Refer & Earn program is subject to PPCI's discretion regarding reward eligibility and amount, based on the service ultimately availed by the referred individual.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
