Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to advisory and consultancy fees paid directly to PPC Integrated Consultancy ("PPCI") for services across our Financial, Insurance, Housing & Property, Business & Tech, Education & Career, and Political Consultancy verticals.

1. Consultation Fees

Initial consultations offered as "free consultation" carry no charge and are not eligible for refund, as no fee is collected.

2. Service Fees

Where a service fee has been paid for work such as ITR filing, GST filing, loan application assistance, insurance policy assistance, property consultancy, business registration, or similar services, refund eligibility depends on the stage of work completed at the time of your cancellation request.

3. Before Work Has Begun

If you cancel a paid service before any work has commenced on your request, you are eligible for a full refund, processed within 7–10 business days.

4. After Work Has Begun

If work has already commenced (such as document preparation, filing, or submission to a third party like a bank, insurer, or government portal), fees already incurred or non-recoverable third-party charges will be deducted, and any remaining balance will be refunded.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Government fees, statutory charges, and third-party charges (such as those paid to banks, insurers, or regulatory bodies on your behalf) are non-refundable once paid, as these amounts are not retained by PPCI.
